Carlos Rivas, President

Carlos has been in the technology field since the mid-1980s. He began by assembling and repairing PCs, moved on to installing computer networks, and has grown with the industry to incorporate in-depth knowledge of mobile computing, cloud-based hosting and application delivery, and web services. Prior to purchasing ComputerPro in 1998, Carlos was the company’s lead network engineer, tech advisor, and software support specialist.

Ralph Giegel, MCSE

Ralph is a longtime tech professional who transformed his personal passion for computers into a fulltime career. Over the last decade, he has branched out from small business computers to focus on the specialized world of restaurant and retail POS systems. He joined the ComputerPro team in 1999 and is a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer. He has implemented hundreds of small business and POS installations, while resolving our customers’ hardware, network, and data security issues.
